This is a small community, perfect for a family ski vacation or a quiet escape for couples and getaways for friends.
Downstairs is a daybed and half bath which makes it comfortable for people who have trouble with stairs. The patio and deck have beautiful views and the Mt Washington CC Ski groomed ski trails out the back door.
Our condo is available from November 1 through April 1 for the holidays and Mt Washington Valley Ski season for $4500.00 plus utilities. It is a prime location and less than the other rentals in the area due to our lack of a washer and dryer. This has not been a problem to our past guests who rent for the season. Since it is an inconvience you should be compensated.

Nearby Attractions: - We sit on 50 acres of trails & fields overlooking the mountains. Just out the back door are the Mt Washington Valley ski club trails. Passes are included in rental. Located minutes to all valley skiing, and great dining, Hill and Vale is privately located off Rt 16 near the 16a Intervale Loop. Just far enough from the crowds but a short drive to all Valley amenities.
