rita Me, my family had a nice time staying in kona, your was great , location, parking, love it. The best part was your VERY helpful guide, to help us max out our time there, in kona, the beach at the four season was the best !, we were there Friday afternoon, and the it to our selves. I left another beach chair, & 2 extra towels, clean up , so the place looked like it was when , we arrived. I will recommend to my friend. thank again rob

We just returned yesterday from a weeks stay and I will say that Rita's condo (329) is better than any other...I saw 2 others!! It is in the best location, you can walk anywhere, spotless, lanai, tiled floor, view of pool, grounds were gorgeous. We have stayed all over Mexico, carib..etc and I was very skeptical. You cannot beat this one. Small, cute, quaint and we had a blast!!!Would recommend this place to ANY couple I know. It's not the Taj Majal but you ARE in paradise and what can you get for less than $ 100 per night on the mainland? I say do it!
My husband and our 2 small children stayed in 319 for two nights and we thought it was great. Great price for the location and it was a very private. Sure, we couldn't find the remote for the T.V. and the lamp had a burned out bulb. Big deal. There were no sheets for the pull out, but managment was very kind and prompt and provide us with extra towels, sheets, soap ect. Anyone who can write a review and complain about no remote or a burned out bulb is not enjoying Hawaii! Our room faced the pool and had a very comfortable deck where we spent a lot of our time. Having two small children, the pull out couch was really nice in addition to the queen bed which was very comfortable. Just steps to the ocean. I would recommend this room again and stay there again for sure.
we stayed for the month. the condos are set in a lush,tropical paradise. our condo was bright & immaculetly clean. the lanai was big, private, quiet & very lush with tropical trees. the staff was wonderful. had a great laundrey room. Alii drive waqs outside the gate, so it was very convenient for shopping,strolling, eating. Beach right across the street. Couldnt ask for more at a wonderful price. We will definitely come back next year-but for 2 months instead of one! Rita Roberts ownes some of the condos. Call her. She is the best! Rita-we love you and cant wait to see you next year. The room top floor room we rented was quiet and cozy.We rented our room from Rita she was great and very accommodating. Everything felt very comfortable. We saved money, The price was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had an amazing Hawaiian vacation and cannot wait to return. The room had new bedding and tile floors and felt nice. We really enjoyed our trip !
