This beautiful townhouse is located just a few minutes walk from one of the most beautiful & popular beaches in Florianopolis Brazil, a beach called Praia Mole. In Florianopolis, this beach is famous for its abundance of beautiful women and pumping surf. It's by far my personal favorite in Brazil, which is why I purchased a vacation home here.

Florianopolis (aka Floripa) is a large island in South Brazil connected the continent by a bridge. Floripanopois island has over 40 beaches and about 6 universities so it is abundant with young adults and some of the best nightlife in Brazil. The townhome's complex is located on a narrow stip of land which has a beautiful lagoon & jungle on one side and Praia Mole beach on the other. In addition, it is near the town of Lagoa where there are lots of restaruants, bars, nightclubs, and grocery stores and is why we call this area the "filet mignon" of the island due to it's beautiful and extremely convenient location. Everything you need is just a few minutes walk or drive away, unlike the north end of the island, which is a ghost town in the offseason. Perhaps the biggest benefit of this home's location in high season is it's proximity to the beach. Being just across the street from the best beach on the island means you can bypass all of the high-season afternoon traffic (people leaving the beach), which can bring traffic to gridlock every afternoon, making this convenient location extremely desirable year-round.
