Centrally located on Cape Cod, this charming antigue home is an easy walk to restaurants, shopping, and children's theatre. The spacious, light-filled kitchen is fully equipped. Dining for 10 can be accommodated in the dining room or on the large deck complete w/grill. There is a big in-ground pool as well as a large back yard for lawn games, badminton, etc. The living room has a TV, DVD, stereo as well as lots of board games and jigsaw puzzles. Also on the first floor, a private office w/WIFI. Sleeping for 10 includes a queen bedroom, a twin bedroom which can convert to a king. The kids room sleeps 6. Enjoy beaching, boating, fishing, whale watching, and golfing. Bike the Cape Cod Rail Trail. Shopping from malls, to antiquing. Lots of great restaurants from clam shacks to fine dining. Many local theatres, summer stock and concerts. For the kids there is nearby mini-golf, go carts, batting cages and trampolines, as well as wonderful nature walks hosted by the Cape Cod Museum of Natural History. Day trip to the islands, Provincetown, or shop the quaint street of Harwichport and Chatham. So much to do, so little time!

Remember, the Cape is even better in the fall! The Gulfstream keeps us warm. The crowds have gone. Its a great time to visit!
