Affordable island style unit across the beach park on the top floor of Kihei Bay Surf. This resort complex has been featured on HGTV's National Open House in March 2008. Fully furnished airconditioned studio feature a reverse-osmosis water filtration. Two ceiling fans to create a nice breeze inside. New appliances & furnitures. Free cable channels on a 42" LCD HDTV, BLU-RAY DVD player with movie collection, STEREO system featuring Hawaiian music collection, LAPTOP computer with unlimited highspeed/WI-FI internet, unlimited local and long distance calls to the US, Canada, Puerto Rico & Mexico and unlimited calls to more than 60 other countries, include features 3-way calling & caller-id. Linens and towels are provided. Completely remodeled bathroom with a shower filtration and tiled throughout. The condo was a really wonderful place to stay for our honey moon. The interior was lovingly decorated with palm tree decor and the owners left a gift bag for our arrival. We really felt welcomed. It was only right across the street from the beach. You also had access to a laundry room, pool and bbq facility. Very nice. Kihei Bay Surf is centrally located from everything, Lahaina was only a few minutes away and there was always something close to us that we could do. RENTAL POLICY: Check-in: 3pm Check-out: 11am HST (No more than 3 guests, including children per stay). No daily maid service provided. All accrued charges during a stay must be paid prior to departure. No smoking and no pets permitted on the property. If you opted for Cancellation Waiver & paid this fee upon booking, the following Cancellation Policy will not apply to you. CANCELLATION prior to 60 days is 100% credited to future booking. Less than 30 days, we will keep rental charges plus 10% cancellation fee, unless we can rebook the entire or partial stay, we will prorate refund.

My best friend of over 30 years and I stayed for 7 nights. This condo was better than we had imagined and had more than everything we needed. I am looking forward to returning each spring. Perhaps my husband can come next year. Beautifully decorated with Island decor. This condo was a home away from home. It is so close to anything you would want to see and try and very relaxing. This is a perfect little studio apartment for two or three people. I found the location to be very central and the surrounding beaches were amazing. The complex has an immaculate pool and hot tub which we used every day. This unit in particular has been well maintained and has everything you need. The owners are very helpful and were always available to give some assistance. The free phone calls and the big screen tv were just bonuses as the unit itself was as comfortable like home. I will definitely come back again and have told my friends and family that if you are to visit Maui - the Chilled Coconut is an awesome condo and an affordable price.
