When we arrived for our vacation in paradise we were amazed that this home was a rental it was built for a king and queen, everything in the home was top of the line, from the furniture to the appliances. We have rented homes in the past in the florida keys but this home was far more than we exspected. Wayne the house was awsome and we will be back for sure next year great home.
Wayne's place is phenomenal! Everything was well thought out in the design of this house. Plenty of room, nice bedrooms, excellent porches, balconies, dock area with all the amenities of home. We are headed back with year and can't want to have another great time in the Keys! Highly recommend this place to everyone, 3 comfy bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, ice machines, and not to mention first class interior. A+ for sure Wayne!
The house was clean, well appointed, and had nearly everything that we were looking for. Obviously not built to be a rental – way too many amenities! The furniture was comfy and full-sized; indeed, a large man would feel right at home. Our petite mom almost couldn’t get into her bed! If you are in the mood to party or fish, you will find ice makers both inside and outside, and a fish-cleaning station by the dock next to the Tiki bar. If you are in the mood to relax, check out the roof-top lounge area with a view of the sky-line and stars. Several open air patios (watch out for bird droppings!) also offer chat / coffee / sit-down-and-read-a-book areas. Wayne, my only suggestion would be to label the switches – we were constantly turning on lights, fans, etc when searching for the right light switch! And maybe add some wine glasses? Although we had no trouble drinking our wine from those oversized coffee mugs! Otherwise, keep everything as it is – great home in a great location, and with friendly and helpful neighbors.
