Visit our newly decorated beautiful home away from home across the street from "the world's most beautiful beaches". Our townhome is located in Gulf Highlands Beach Resort in the heart of Panama City Beach, FL. The resort features a swimming pool with beach house and restaurant/snack bar located directly on the beach with deck and lounge chairs, 10 other swimming pools (some heated), tennis courts (2 are lighted), free unlimited 18-hole miniature golf, shuffleboard, 24-hour security and gated community, and a lagoon for fishing all located within the complex. This is a 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath condo that has 1,200 square feet for a relaxing family beach vacation. The master bedroom features a king size bed, large closet, 32" flat screen tv & dvd, and private bath. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and twin bed along with a 32" flat screen tv with dvd along with it's own private bath. The living room features a new 55" Smart HD TV with NetFlix and dvd along with a sleeper sofa and half bath. It has a fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and more.
There are tile floors in the kitchen, dining & living room and new laminate wood flooring in the bedrooms. This condo also features a full washer/dryer, new flat screen tv's & dvd's in living rooms and both bedrooms, and grill to cookout. This is a glassback condo located on the canal. You can fish off the back deck, cook out, or just relax and enjoy the view. There are 2 dedicated parking spaces located at your front door to unload luggage and groceries. We provide a rolling cart, 4 beach chairs, umbrella and various beach toys for your use at the beach. We also provide tennis racquets and putters for use at the tennis courts and miniature golf on-site. We also offer a golf cart available for rental. There is dedicated golf cart parking at the beach gate as well as several of the pools, tennis courts and playground located in the resort. Please inquire if interested.

Nearby Attractions: - We are conveniently located behind the Shoppes at Edgewater, with our private gate to walk to Rock-It Lanes (bowling, pool tables, skating rink, arcade game room, snack bar & sports bar), Subway, Montego Bay, FireFly fine dining,and several other shops and restaurants. We are also within walking distance to a Super Wal-Mart, Barefoot on the Beach, Applebee's, The Wicked Wheel, Saltwater Grill, and several other shops & restaurants.
Our families spent the Thanksgiving holidays (3 nights) in this unit and enjoyed it very much. It was very comfortable and the 2 full bath were just what out 2 families needed. The rooms were spacious and all we needed to provide was our food!!! The deck was excellent and SAFE for the the kids (and adults)! Should the opportunity arise, we would choose this unit again if it is available.
Our experience was amazing. The condo was very spacious for our two families and it was located in the best place possible. It was minutes away from the beach (walking), thanks to the close by gate, and even less to the amazing heated pool. The stay was very comfortable and it had everything provided, but food. We thank you very much for the amazing time we spent here!! :)))))))
Absolutely LOVED the condo!!!! It was well equipped, decorated lovely, and so convenient to everything. Thing thing we loved the most was all the privacy that we wouldn't have had in a hotel.
This condo is a great place for a relaxing beach vacation! The back porch is wonderful. Thanks for the great time!
