Welcome to our home in the Florida sun, we have a four bedroom with two bathrooms fully air-conditioned private owned Villa , with wireless Internet a games room and a large private heatable screened Pool and Hot-Tub. In our living area we have luxury sofas for you to relax on and watch our rear projection cable TV with over 200 channels or even veiw a DVD , perhaps listen to your choice of music on our Hi-Fi system, patio doors lead to the Pool area from this room . The dining room has a large luxury glass dining table with six matching chairs and luxury furnishings extra seating in the nook for breakfast for four people Our well equipped kitchen has a fridge freezer, dishwasher,main oven and microwavealso a foodblender , coffee maker and toaster with kettle and ample cutlery and crockery for ten people, a high chair for the tiddler is available. there is also a telephone answering machine with free International calls. The utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer with iron and board . Our garage has been turned into a games room consisting of American Pool ,air-hockey and Foosball tables. In our masterbedroom we have a queen size bed with luxury furnishings a telephone and cable TV , a ceiling fan is fitted to aid in cooling.this room overlooks the patio area with patio doors . The en-suite has matching hand basins a large corner bath and walk-in shower plus wc and walk-in wardrobe. Our second bedroom has a luxury double bed with matching furnishings with a built in wardrobe cable TV and ceiling fan this room looks over the pool area The second bathroom has a single hand basin with bath and over head shower plus a wc. Our third bedroom consits of twin single beds with matching furnishings to luxury standards and a built in wardrobe a ceiling fan also fitted this room looks to the side of the Villa. In the kids room we have a triple bunk bed consisting of a double on the bottom with single bed on top , there is also cable TV and alarm clock. To the rear of the Villa is a Large Private heatable screened Pool with toddler pool attached and Hot-Tub for four persons there is ample tables and chairs plus sun Loungers .
