We love Rincon so much we built a vacation home! Home is fully air-conditioned, has high speed wireless internet, on dead-end upscale subdivision across the street from the beach. The home is set up with living quarters on the upper and lower floors, which can be opened as a full home from the entrance or rented separately. -Upper Floor: (Sleeps 2 to 4) Large master bedroom with balcony, master bathroom with double sinks and walk-in closet, additional full bath, large dining area and living room , and French doors that lead to a covered balcony with seating. There is a futon in the living room if 4 guests stay upstairs. There is also access to the on-site laundry room. -Lower Floor: (Sleeps 2 to 4) Good size a bedroom, full bath with shower, sitting room with full size futon, kitchenette, table and outdoor covered balcony area. There is also access to the on-site laundry room. Home is located just down the street from the Rincon Light House and near several beaches. Location
