This great four season cabin was just completed on 11/10/07. It has 4 bedrooms, and 2 baths, so it can accomodate a large group comfortably. The cabin is located at the gateway to the great north woods. It is well equipped, and It seems to have just the right feel of seclusion, yet it has all the conveniences, and is perfectly located to many outdoor activities. Just a few minutes drive gets you into the vast north woods. An outdoor enthusiasts dream come true. The scenery is breathtaking with mountain views to the northwest. Wyman lake, just minutes away was featured on the Maine foliage website last year. A half hour drive to the north,will get you to Maine's highest single drop waterfall(Moxie Falls). Looking for an outdoor adventure? Snowmobilers can access the ITS trails right from our cabin. Whitewater rafters enjoy the thrill of dam releases from April through October. ATV riders can access the trail system right from our cabin. Come each fall this area draws some of the most skilled hunters all looking for the challenge of tracking down one of those legendary huge whitetails. Bear hunting here is some of the best you'll find anywhere in the state. Fishing the Wyman Dam tailwater, is considered by many to be the best in New England. Wading opportunities here are the reason some sections of the Kennebec River are compared to Yellowstone. It holds Brookies, Rainbows, Salmon, and Togue. Moose viewing is something that is always a thrill. Seeing one of these huge animals in the wild seems to be an experience that lasts with folks forever.
