The large 30x15' pool and spa is heated and sits on an extended, and screened deck area. The covered lanai includes an outside poolside bathroom, and a 'millionaires' summer grill with grill, outside sink, lanai speakers and power outlet.
As you would expect, internet access and free international telephone calls are included, and you will find all the mod cons you need; cable TV and DVD players in all bedrooms, a large 57in HD TV with a Tivo PVR and Wii games system in the family room, even iPod chargers in the master suites.

My husband and I booked this villa for three weeks for the whole family (9 of us)for a very special occasion, as it was advertised as the best and largest on the gated estate and we were really looking forward to spending time in it. Within a short time of arrival, problems started to arise and we ended up having to spend most of the first week of our holiday trying to get things put right which we found were not working e.g. light bulbs missing in main light fittings, and no spare light bulbs in the house contrary to the information given to us. There were ants in the kitchen coming through a gap in the window. Venetian blinds in some of the rooms didn't work properly. The first night there we wanted a BBQ but when the BBQ was opened up we found it in a terrible state and it took nearly an hour of cleaning to get it fit for putting food on it, then we found the gas bottle was empty so we had no BBQ for two days until the Management Company sorted it out. The children wanted a swim in the pool but found the area around the pool infested with ants running around it and when they did finally get into the pool on close inspection they found hundreds of dead ants on the surface and beneath it. They couldn't get out of the pool quick enough and actually after that only went into the pool a couple of more times over the next two weeks. The skimmer net had no net in it until the Management Company went out and bought one!! The skimmer and filters regularly were not operating. Fortunately we had park tickets for the whole family which we had to use as a substitute to help avoid disappointment for the children not being able to use the pool. The pool had a filter fault and the spa pool emptied three times (once with my daughter actually sitting in it). The empty spa pool became dangerous for the children who had to be banned from the pool area when it was empty. We reported everything to the Management Company who visited numerous times to try and rectify these problems and also to the Owners by e-mail. All e-mails to the owners were redirected to the Management Company for them to rectify the problems. The pool was still not working properly when it was time to leave the villa. The first week was also spent cleaning certain areas of the villa i.e. most of the bathrooms, the toilets especially. Toilet seats were loose and in fact on one toilet the fittings broke off. There were plenty of towels and bedding but I found some of the spare sheets had big stains on them and were not nice to use. I did send an e-mail to the owners with regard to the cleanliness of the villa and they responded immediately by redirecting my e-mail to the Management Company. Summing up: The villa itself is large enough and accommodated 9 of us very well with plenty of space for everyone. The way the villa is advertised and for the rental cost that is being charged we felt that it needs some attention to the decor as it is looking very tired and certainly the patio furniture cushions are very worn and need replacing. Having had all this trouble, especially with the pool, we were disappointed that there was no financial recognition when the security deposit was eventually returned.
