These apartments are located in the Poble Nou district, close to the beach and the Olympic Village. Poble Nou used to feature various local businesses and many of the local storefronts have been restored in recent years. The area has attracted many artisans and features the Rambla de Poble Nou, with its many shops, restaurants and sidewalk cafés. The apartment is 15 minutes by direct subway line from the Placa de Catalunya, in the center of Barcelona. (The subway station is 50m from the apartment). We offer two newly renovated, nicely decorated flats in the same building, each suitable for 4 to 5 persons. The first flat is on the second floor, accessible by staircase, and features a double bedroom with balcony and, behind it, another double bedroom with elevated double bed and adjacent lounge.
