A beautiful beach house in Mexico for rent. Located on a calm secluded bay on the Pacific Ocian in Sinaloa state, the area is called Altata. It is not a commercial or touristy area. It is a destination where city people tend to go for their holidays (similar to what people do in the summer when they go to the cottage). No vendors, no people annoying you on our private beach, quiet, peacefull, beautiful. The beach house has two floors. On the first floor there are four bedrooms, three washrooms, kitchen with all the appliancs and fully furnished, dinning and living room with view to the beach. There are two secure patios, one large patio on the ocean side above the beach with a deck running the full length with a small pool for children, beach lounging chairs,and sunbathing right on the beach. There is a large palapa to have outdoor dinners or parties or just to relax with an external wood fired bbq. The second patio is on the opisait side of the house and is perfect for children to safely play ball games. The Second floor has a private deck/balcony with a great view to the beach. There is an open kitchen and 1/2 bathroom to entertain guests on the upper level as well. All this is next to the master suite featurung a king size bed its own private bathroom a Juliette balcony and and a living room with two sofas, all with the ocean view. So, if you are looking for a place to rest, out of the typical tourist Mexican beach destinations this may be the prefect place for you.
