There is a heated pool a few feet from the gulf, on-site fishing pier (yes, you actually can catch fish from the pier), 6 Hard-Tru lighted tennis courts, exercise facility (with dry sauna), covered parking, and security personnel at the gated entry. We also offer Free Hi-Speed wireless internet and Free premium cable television. For the traveling executive, in addition to the free wireless internet, we have a desk in the master bedroom complete with a wireless printer/copier. We also offer a fax and answering machine. We have a Wii in the unit with games!!! We also have a stereo/CD player with an Ipod docking station. The master bedroom has a King bed, ceiling fan, TV with DVD player and sliders to the lanai for a breathtaking view. The master bath has two sinks separated by a door. One of you can shower while the other gets ready in private. The master bath also includes a soaking tub. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, a ceiling fan, flat screen TV and DVD player. The third bedroom has a Queen bed, ceiling fan, flat screen TV and DVD player. Our condo has an in unit full size front load washer and a dryer. We also recently added a new stainless ceramic cook top stove and refrigerator. The large gulf front lanai is equipped with comfy padded furniture and an electric grill. On our last trip to the condo, while enjoying our morning coffee, we were able to watch dolphins and manatees playing in the ocean. To better view the wonderful wildlife, we provide a pair of binoculars and a telescope. This condo is a second home for us so you will find that it is well appointed, clean and lovingly cared for. We privide linens, blankets, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach cart, mesh shelling bag, books, cd's DVD's, games, puzzles, ironing board/iron, hair dryers, electric grill on the lanai and a very well stocked kitchen. Marco Island offers fine/casual dining; fishing and charter fishing; bicycle rentals; boat, pontoon and wave-runner rentals and excursion, shelling and shelling excursions, comedy club; golf; movie theatre; shopping; Starbucks; Cold Stone and Sweet Annies for ice cream cravings; marinas, etc.
