Sunset Sands is a lovely two bedroom one bathroom ocean front condominium located in beautiful Mission Beach! Sunset Sands is on the third floor (top floor) of a friendly 18 unit building, directly facing the ocean, right at the sand. The condo is situated on the peninsula, about one mile north of Belmont Park and one mile south of Crystal Pier. Whether on a business trip or a vacation, you will never want to stay in a hotel again after staying here. You will find your experience away from home far more pleasant and satisfying at Sunset Sands!

The unit is comfortably and newly furnished in a classic contemporary style. It was designed with the ocean in mind! You have spectacular views from all the main living areas. In addition, the interior is mirrored for view all around! And, the master bedroom faces the ocean, featuring a large window ocean view. The master bedroom has a queen bed, a cable TV, and a computer with internet access. What more can you ask for while relazing next to the ocean!?

The kitchen has all you need for cooking a gourmet meal to baking a pie! It is fully equipped, including a microwave and a dishwasher, with service for eight. One thing is for sure, if you are going to cook, you can't do without the big things or the little things!

The second bedroom has two twin beds and an additional sink. In the living room is a couch that pulls out to a queen sleeper sofa, cable TV, VCR, and DVD player. Off of the living room is a nice size balcony with amazing views of the ocean, the boardwalk, and the sunsets!

The unit is on the third floor of the building but there is an elevator if you don't want to climb steps. There is also one assigned parking spot in a secure parking garage. The parking can also accomdate most SUVs. If you would like to do laundry during your stay, don't worry - the building has a laundry facility.

PLUS, to make you feel at home, the condo is also equipped with books, games, magazines, and puzzles! And, Sunset Sands has a large collection of tourist info and brochures as well as condo/neighborhood information book. And the list keeps going..... There are also two phones in the unit with an answering machine, a stereo system, and beach chairs. WAHOO!!
