I have stayed at this condo twice already, first in 2008, we love it!!! 3 bedrooms, including bedroom with master bathroom, living room, dining room and kitche!!! This condo is close to the action, 2 blocks away from "La Concha" hotel and close to the Marriott...also all kinds of quaint boutiques and restaurants. For the price, no hotel can compete with this place, very confortable. I stayed last time almost 2 weeks and since there is a kitchen, stove and full size fridge. We even had breakfast or did some simple cooking as there is kitchenware and dishes. Once you stay here, you don't want to pay the kind of money you pay at a hotel in this area, Condado, which is a prime area, enjoy your stay.
Its good place on san juan ,the rental is cool ,soft , good near the condado place ,2 excellent shower ,the room with clim I like this appartement I back soon.

Me and 4 friends stayed @ 18 Marseilles for our spring break at the end of March 2010. We didn't know what to expect because it was our first time vacationing using week-long apartment rental instead of a hotel. Needless to say, we were blown away! This place is much larger than we expected, has a very good, functional kitchen that we used almost every night and its location is PERFECT! Located right in the Condado district of San Juan, this is a great central location that is no more than a $20 cab ride to anywhere you need to go (airport, old san juan, beaches, car rental places, etc). This is the perfect place for a group of 5, or even a family now that I think of it, to stay because of its large size, its ideal location and the excellent bargain! Angie, our "landlord" was extremely nice and helped us out with all our questions and accomodations. Its awesome!
