Our Condo at The Lodge at Copper is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo. The building has the best Ski-in/Ski-out at Copper- Ski To & From the Building Door]. We are in a second floor flat. The building has an elevator, and parking in the building. The #1 BR has 2 queen beds. The #2 BR has a king-size bed. The #3 BR/Den has a has a twin size bed and, a exter wide twin fold out futon. The living room has a queen-size sofa bed The condo has a well-equipped kitchen, Large Balcony, Cable High-Speed Internet, Gas Fireplace, 4 TVs [1 is a 42-inch], HBO, 4 VCRs, and 4 DVDs. The Building has a Hot Tub, Gas Grill, 3 Saunas, Washers and Dryers. ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION: * Pets are NOT allowed and No Smoking is allowed in the condo. * Check-in is not before 4:00PM and Check-out is by 10:00AM. NO SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS FOR EARLY CHECK-IN OR LATE CHECK-OUT. * We accept Checks, VISA, & MasterCard. * Add 9.775% Tax & Surcharges, and $140.00 cleaning fee for when you leave. * Booking, a non-refundable Deposit of around 10% with a minimum of $100, is required. Balance is due one month prior to arrival date. * If reservation is changed or cancelled more than one month before arrival date, The Deposit will be forfeited. If cancellation is 2 weeks to one month before arrival, you will be entitled to a 50% refund of all rental fees. If cancellation is less than two weeks before arrival no refund is given. * 8 IS THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUEST ALLOWED. * 4 nights is the minimum nights we book around holidays and July & August. 3 nights is the minimum number of nights we book other times, except for 2 nights to completely fill an opening in our rental schedule.
