It has a washer and dryer, linens, fully equipped and supplied kitchen.Sleeps 6 with 1 king bed in the bedroom, twin bunkbeds in the hall and queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The Summit onsite ammenities include Bikini Bob's restaurant, ice cream shop, 2 large pools, 2 kiddie pools, hot tubs, exercise room, arcade and so much more. ***The Summit requires minimum age of 21 and the primary renter must be present during the entire booking period. The damage deposit during Spring Break is $500 and is refunded as soon as the unit is cleaned and checked for losses/damages. $200 Deposit during the rest of the year. No smoking inside condo. You may smoke on the balcony only. The Summit charges $15 registration fee, $35 during Spring Break. The Summit does not allow pets.
