We have 5 large Luxury size bedrooms , one U.S. KING MASTER , one U.S. QUEEN MASTER , one U.S. QUEEN and two Twin bedrooms , most with T.V/ D.V.D’s , including FREE UPGRADED CABLE Service , also one of our bedrooms has a FREE HIGH SPEED INTERNET CONNECTION should our guests wish to use it , all of the bedrooms have large walk in closets , night stands , and bedside lamps plus other Luxury items for all your requirements ,there is also the use of a FREE SAFE .

Downstairs in the Villa there are 2 LARGE LUXURY Living Area’s , both of the rooms have HIGH QUALITY FURNISHINGS and both have Super Comfy 3 and 2 seater sofa’s , our family living room is equipped with a 37inch Plasma T.V. and also a D.V.D. player , also this room overlooks our FANTASTIC OVERSIZED 30 x 15 FT EXTENDED POOL AND SPA AREA

The Pool area is FULLY SCREENED, Very Private , and offers our guests the chance to relax on our OVERSIZED DECKING AREA and soak up the glorious year round Florida Sunshine , there is also a child safety fence for the Pool to help protect our younger guests with a pool blanket to keep the pool lovely and warm also we have FREE USE OF POOL TOWELS.

And speaking of our younger guests , one of the twin bedrooms upstairs has been given a DISNEY THEME WITH A ’ CERTAIN MOUSE ’ IN MIND

We also provide a FREE BABY PACKAGE with the use of a Cot , High Chair and 2 Stroller’s .

For those Lazy Day’s and Night’s when our guests may prefer to stay at home , we have a Very Large Fully Equipped Games Room , fitted with an 8FT POOL TABLE , 8FT AIR HOCKEY TABLE and ELECTRONIC BASKETBALL GAME .

Our villa is on a GATED COMMUNITY and is fitted with a SECURITY ALARM .
