Welcome to this property which really is an excellent example of a vacation home.
Let me walk you through this home. The Family Room contains a television, which has an extensive cable package, DVD player and radio tuner with surround sound speakers fitted into the ceiling. It has luxurious sofas, a central coffee table and side lamps. We also provide free unlimited domestic and international calls to landlines and mobiles. In the cupboard above the telephone stand, we have supplied a wide slection of paperbacks for poolside reading and some DVD's. Please feel free to make full use of them. The Living Room offers more luxurious settees, coffee tables with lamps and a central coffee table. The living room is perfect as a reading area or for making use of the CD radio system. The Dining Room is off the living room and has a large dining table with seating for eight. The Kitchen itself contains a fridge/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, waste disposal, toaster, coffee maker, pots, pans and an electric cooker and hob. There are ample plates cuttlery, cups and glasses to cater for eight. There is also a supply of plastic crockery and glasses for dining al fresco.
The Master Bedroom boasts an emperor-sized bed with dresser, television/DVD, telephone, and there are patio doors to the pool. The large en-suite bathroom is fitted with two vanity units a Jacuzzi bath, an extra large walk in shower and a WC. Linens and towels are provided thorughout the house. Adjacent to the bathroom is a spacious walk-in closet.
Bedrooms 2 & 3 are luxuriously appointed twin rooms; both have spacious fitted closets. Each has a bedside cabinet with lamp and dressing table with mirror over it and contain a combination television/DVD player. Bedroom 2 & 3 share a bathroom, which has a vanity unit, sink, toilet and a bath with a shower over it.
Bedroom 4 holds a queen-sized bed; spacious fitted closet, two bedside tables with lamps and a dresser table with mirror over and a combination television/DVD player.
The Utility Room has an oversize washer and dryer, there is also an iron and ironing board to remind you of home! In the utility room you will find tennis racquets and balls, please replace any balls lost for future guests. There is also a 3-Car Garage. The large Pool and Spa, both of which can be heated, are serviced weekly. There is also wireless internet connection.
