The 2012-2013 ski season is done, the aspen trees are leafing out,
the days are mild and the nights are cool. Spring is definitely here
and summer is on the way. Thanks to all our renters for a great ski
season, especially our returning guests. We look forward to seeing
you again next season but why not come back and enjoy the summer with
us?
Now is the time to start planning a visit for the summer. Are you
dreading a hot summer at home? Then this is the place to get cool
and stay cool with our cool summer savings!! Book your 3 night stay
10 days in advance and enjoy a 15% discount from our nightly rate.
Book a 5 night stay 10 days in advance and enjoy a 20% discount from
our nightly rate. Book a 7 night stay and get 25% off of our low
weekly rate.
We invite you to make our condo your base for a cool Summit County
summer and outstanding summer activities. Whether your "thing" is
hiking, biking, golfing, sailing, enjoying the wildflowers or just
kicking back with a good book and a cool drink, this is the place to
do it. Check out the summer activities (Google Summit County,
Colorado) , choose your dates and give us a call.
Our top floor Copper Mountain condo faces the ski slopes and is a
short 4 minute walk to Center Village where you will find shopping,
hiking and biking equipment rentals, restaurants and nightlife. Store
your equipment in a private ski locker and then take the elevator to
our condo.
The first floor has a full bath with a Jacuzzi tub and an additional
separate vanity; a kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dining area and a
living room with a queen sized Murphy bed. The kitchen, which has
been newly renovated with new cabinets and granite counter tops, is
fully equipped with a new electric stove and self-cleaning oven,
microwave, dishwasher, disposal, crock-pot, electric skillet,
toaster, coffee maker, pots and pans, dishes, and silverware.
With a flip of the switch you can relax in front of the gas
fireplace and enjoy the view out of the large bay window or watch
your favorite TV shows or a movie.
Upstairs you will find another queen sized bed, lounge area

Restrictions: - No smoking, No pets. No recreational
equipment allowed inside the condo.
Nearby Attractions: - Copper Mountain also offers the
tubing hill - great for
non-skiers and kids of all ages. Enjoy
ice skating in Center Village
and miles and miles of snowshoeing and
cross country (Nordic) skiing.
For a change of scenery and slopes,
catch the free Summit County Stage
just outside the building and ride to
Breckenridge, A-Basin or
Keystone. If skiing is not your thing,
the Summit County Stage will
take you shopping in Frisco, Dillon or
the outlet malls in
Silverthorne.
