There is a delightful outdoor terrace off the living room perfect for watching the evening sunsets across Banderas Bay. Enjoy breakfast on the outdoor dining area and in the evening, a great barbeque dinner. There are six spacious bedrooms each with private bath. Five are king beds and one bedroom has twin beds that can be made into a king. A wonderful media room on the second floor features comfortable seating and a large screen TV for your enjoyment. We’ve travelled to a number of places in the Caribbean and Mexico, but PUERTO VALLARTA tops the list. PV has everything—fantastic weather, great beaches, wonderful scenery, fine restaurants and shopping. May, 2010 marked our 3rd trip to PV and our 3rd time renting a villa through ROBERT DRY. This time, we rented VILLA ROMANTICA in UPPER CONCHAS CHINAS, about 30 minutes from the airport. The view, the pool, the layout and the bedrooms were all just perfect for our 5 moms-5 daughters week-long getaway. There were a number of great spaces for all 10 of us to gather–around the large dining table; in the living area; in and around the pool. There were also a number of decks and balconies where 1 or 2 of us could getaway for conversation, reading or an afternoon nap. The villa staff was a real plus. Lucia kept the villa just spotless. Marta provided us with 2 delicious meals each day. Her breakfasts even got the girls out of bed! She made kabobs (chicken and vegetarian) for one of our in-villa dinners, and we’re still talking about those as well as her guacamole. There is a lot to do in PV. It was short cab ride to LOS MUERTOS beach, and a few of us walked it. You can lay out your towel or arrange for a beach chair. A couple of us tried parasailing. We asked Robert to arrange some special activities for us, and we're glad we did. We enjoyed a wonderful Mother's Day and birthday celebration at EL DORADO RESTAURANT. Salsa instructors came to the villa. Their lessons were great fun thanks to their patience and humor. We all had wonderful massages at the villa. Our last evening, was a sunset sail. We highly recommend PUERTO VALLARTA, the CONCHAS CHINAS area, and renting a PRIVATE VILLA like the wonderful VILLA ROMANTICA through ROBERT DRY.
