Everything you need is here: pots and pans, china, utensils, silverware, serving plates/bowls, glasses, stainless steel kitchen counters for easy cleanup, new kitchen appliances, Sub Zero like fridge, Kenmore stainless steel dishwasher, Jenn Air indoor grill/oven/deep fryer, huge chandelier-lit dining table with eight chairs and some bar stools at the counter for additional seating. There is a private 6-person hot tub in the back yard. The hot tub is easily accessed by two of the three floors of the house via a common outdoor stair case, so no one has to walk through another guest's bedroom to enjoy the hot tub.
