This vacation home in Naples, Florida, lies just 4 miles from Downtown Naples 5th Avenue! Naples is a beautiful, natural area that has been called the Gateway to the Gulf of Mexico! You’ll be less than 10 minutes from the beautiful white sand beaches of southwest Florida! Easy access to and from Southwest International Airport, highways US 41 and Interstate 75 for travel to the library, shopping centers, grocery stores, hospitals, bars, restaurants and tourist attractions, including Major League Baseball spring training parks. Anytime Fitness, YMCA, and Gold's gym are 5-10 minutes from the front door. Also, easy access to Interstate 75 and US 41, and a just a short drive to the spring training sites for the Minnesota Twins and Boston Red Sox. During the fall, winter and spring months the weather is beautiful with lots of sunshine. Great vacation home. Beautiful pool area and a gorgeous view. Easy to get to shopping, dining, downtown and beach. Also, close to the xway. Naples is a great city to spend your vacation and this is a very homey condo to do it in.
It was very clean and comfortable, and the layout of the unit was nice. The view of the lake and fountain were enjoyable. Pool, spa and amenities were conveniently located. Truly enjoyed our stay.
Our family enjoyed a full week at this immaculate unit. First floor unit. Convenient Location. Easy to get to town, golf course, and airport. Located in secluded and shaded area of complex. Security key entry. Parking available. Pool is clean but not crowded during our stay. Condo overlooks lake w fountain. Gorgeous day or night. Our first time in Naples and we would recommend THIS unit to anyone interested in a convenient yet secluded area to relax. Owner is concerned for enjoyment of his renters. We appreciated his timely response to our questions.
Really enjoyed our stay. It has a great location and easy access to shopping, eating, airport you name it! This place was not only clean but nicely decorated and has alot of incoming natural light. The pool area/deck, hot tub and exercise room were centrally located. We will stay again very soon.
The house is well designed and very well taken care of by the owner.Beautiful lighted fountain view from every room. Great location with easy access to beach.Excellent facilities like pool & gymnasium .This is a family friendly community and neighborhood. Great stay! I higly recommend it ! My family and I simply loved it !
