Our Exclusive 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, fully air conditioned villa has a south-west facing private pool with jacuzzi and is not overlooked at the back. We are about 20 minutes from Disney and all its attractions. Our villa has everything you could possibly want for a perfect holiday including: 2 luxury Master en-suite bedrooms both king size beds and cable TV. 2 further bedrooms with twin beds. The fourth bedroom is Disney themed with Minnie and Mickey Mouse and a Mickey TV with DVD. This bedroom also has a playstation 2 and games. The Living Area has a 37" Widescreen TV with Cable and DVD. We have a computer with full wireless internet connection for the use of our guests. There are also a selection of games, DVD's and books to suit all ages. We also provide Free of Charge a high chair, cot and booster seat. We have a kitchen which is extensively equipped with everything you could possibly need including a large oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and all the crockery, cutlery and glasses you could ever need. The utility room houses a large washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. There is a large table and chairs in the dining area. The swimming pool area has a lanai in case the sun gets too much for you and lovely for sitting under whilst having lunch. There is a patio table, chairs and sunloungers. There are also pool toys for the children. There is a removable safety fence around the pool for the safety of children. We have a games room with pool table, football table and dart board. It has lighting and fans. Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is in a beautiful location in a gates community, placed just 6 miles south on the US27 from the I4 which very conveniently misses all the traffic on the busy 192. It is approximately 15-20 minutes from Disney and all its attractions and is also close to several championship golf courses.
