The 3 Bed / 2 Bath Beach House Sleeps 8+. The master bedroom has 1 Queen and adjoining bathroom. A second master bedroom has 1 Queen and is next to the second bathroom. The third bedroom has two twin beds. Futons in the living room can convert to an additional full and twin bed, as needed. Linens provided.
Our house features covered decks with cool ocean breezes and an outside shower for washing off the sand from your day at the beach. Walk to the beach and enjoy the warm Gulf waters and then come back to the house for a cookout on the charcoal grill and relax with friends and family. We have a full kitchen, complete with microwave, toaster, dishwasher, ice maker, coffee pot, and just about everything you have at home.
Relax indoors and enjoy local television, board games or DVDs. Or Surf the web with our complimentary high-speed internet. Other amenities include reverse osmosis water filtration, central air/heat, and tile and wood flooring throughout.

We had a wonderful time staying in this well-kept house. The porches are ideal, one for morning and one for evening depending on the sun. The walk to the beach was quick and easy and we loved the location. Would definitely come here again!
Given the devastation the Gulf coast received in 2008, I and the five other guests were all a little wary of renting a coastal home from private owners. However, after a thorough review of the information about the property and a lot of great contact with Erik, we decided that it was for us. The price couldn't have been better. This particular home is a couple of blocks away from the ocean front and so it didn't receive the damage that many of the (very expensive) beach-front homes did. There was absolutely no evidence of water damage or mold (we had more than one guest with a severe mold allergy) anywhere in the home--it looks exactly as it is pictured. The kitchen is stocked with cooking supplies and utensils. The furniture provided is comfortable and was ample for the six of us. There is a covered deck on the second floor which provided a great place to spend the mornings for the early risers and a great place to spend the evenings just unwinding. The interior of the home has plenty of windows that provide natural sunlight at all times of the day and a good view of the ocean and the other properties. The bedding was comfortable, with two larger bedrooms that can accommodate couples as well as a smaller bedroom with two twin beds for single renters. The loveseat and sofa in the living room both fold down to provide more, comfortable sleeping space if there is a need. There are two bathrooms in this home; one bathroom has a full bathtub/shower and the other has only a shower stall. Both were very large and had great water pressure and responsive temperature controls. The water is very clean. We were able to safely fit two vehicles beneath the house inside the carport so that they were in the shade and cool when we needed to go out. There is an outdoor shower near the carport so that guests can rinse off after spending time at the beach to avoid tracking sand and debris inside. In the event that anything is tracked inside, the floors are all hard and so it is very easy to clean using the provided cleaning supplies. A large, clean charcoal grill is provided. We used it more than once to cook hot dogs, bratwursts, and hamburgers. The owners were very gracious whenever we had issues, and Erik even made a night trip to repair the air conditioner when it had some difficulty keeping up with the hot daytime temperatures (it was ice cold after some work). Both he and his wife are friendly and professional and I will most certainly be renting at this location again. The experience couldn't have been better.
