Ski-in/Ski-out Large One Bedroom Condo - Our large, updated one bedroom Condo is located on the slopeside of 4 O'Clock Ski Run and is less than 50 yards away from Snowflake Lift. This allows you to ski right up to Antlers Complex. Our ground floor Condo has a private entrance, private indoor and outdoor ski storage, and a spacious kitchen. The kitchen is equippped with eat-in bar that sits four, full size stove, microwave, side-by-side refrigerator, dishwasher, quality cookware, dishes and utensils. The dining area has a table and seating are. The living area is equipped with a 32" flat screen TV and leather queen sleeper sofa and comfortable reclining reading chair. The bedroom has a queen-size bed, large dresser, closet and cable TV. Upon entering the condo, there is a closet that stores skis, boots, helmets and jackets. There is one assigned parking place. The condo is located across the street from Snowflake Lift and the shuttle bus stop. We are located only 3 blocks to the main street of Breckenridge. Our condo is NON-SMOKING and sorry NO PETS permitted.
