The house is newly painted and has panoramic views of Mount Taygetos which lies adjacent to this village of 2000 people.

The village of Xirokambi is 18km south of Sparti, Lakonia in the Peleponnesos and is within reach of wonderful scenery, adventures and experiences both in the area and in the village itself.

The home is the upper floor of a large 2 story traditional stone house with 12 ft. high ceilings and French double doors. The house was built by my grandparents and mother and is furnished with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, kitchen and living room. The main bedroom has a double and twin bed, table, chair and full wardrobe. The smaller bedroom has a double bed, night stand and wardrobe. The living room has a couch/recliner bed, wide screen TV, DVD player and stereo. The kitchen is equiped with a refrigerator, an electric stove/oven, coffeemaker, and dishes and all utencils. There is also an iron and ironing board. The balcony is parcially covered with an awning for the weather.

In the garden area below you can sit and enjoy the flowers and orange grove across the road.
