LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION---The 3 bedrooms, 2 baths ocean front apartment is on the Condado beach in touristic zone, walking distance to the Marriott , La Concha & Condado Hilton Hotel & Casino, 24/7 supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants and the finest shops. Completely equipped, and furnished. The views are from every corner of the apartment... the living, dining, kitchen... simply gorgeous. If you are not familiar with Condado Beach area, it is one of the most popular, and well maintained, beach in Puerto Rico. The condo is in an ocean front building, beach front, just go down the elevator, and walk less than 15 steps, and open the gate... It is in the 6th floor, with two elevators, and stairs. The balcony has sliding doors that open to the ocean, which overlooks the beach. Two of the bedrooms has queen size beds, and the 3rd bedroom has one twin size bed + a full size futon bed (plus in the living room there is another full size futon bed). The condo can accommodate up to 8 adults to a maximum of 8. Equipped with INTERNET and telephone for local calls. The condo is nicely furnished and fully equipped with all linens (for the existing beds), towels (1 per person), kitchen appliances, stereo, CD player, cable TV, & 4/air conditioners. There is a designated parking spot for 1 car within the gated private parking that can only be access with a beeper access control, elevator is operated with a security key only. Monthly rates are available from $7800 to $6200 depending request and existing reservations. A non-duplicable key is required to enter the lobby as well as to the use of the elevators. It is equipped with a laundry center combo (washer & dryer) in the kitchen. Daily maid service is not included, service can be provided for extra charge. Our rates and calendar are published in this site, both should be verified if it fits you and your Party's budget and availability needs. It is our recomendation to verify both. There is a Fully Refundable Security/Damage Deposit of $550, which you must agree, which is described in detail in our Contract.
