The one story open floor plan makes getting around easy, as there are no stairs to navigate. The TWO BEDROOMS AND TWO BATHS in the main house are just off the dining area. This home is equipped with a FULL KITCHEN AND DISHWASHER for those times you would rather eat at home than go out.The dining table has seating for eight. There is a large Florida room off the livingroom where there is a Queen sleeper sofa and a small table with 4 chairs. The large FLORIDA ROOM leads out to a huge patio where there is a table with seating for four and is just steps from the beach. The views from this home are spectacular. There are another TWO BEDROOMS AND TWO BATHS in the adjoining building and each has their own private entrance and private bathroom. With the use of the QUEEN SOFA SLEEPER in the Florida Room, this home accommodates 10 -12.
