Our privately managed two bedroom vacation apartment is located in a quiet residence. Walk accross the street to swim on the beach in the heart of Playa San Juan, Alicante, Spain. on the Costa Blanca. Along the beach you can walk for 3 miles long on a boardwalk, take the Tram, rest on the benches and use the beach showers available at each entry. Beachfront services such as restaurants, bars, cafeterias and water sports activities. The beach flies the Blue Flag of the E.U has access for persons of limited mobility.

This totally remodeled vacation apartment has two bedrooms, an independent full electric all equipped kitchen, bath with walk-in shower and spacious living dining room with east-facing windows towards the sea. One bedroom has a double bed, a desk and wall closets. The second bedroom has 2 single beds suitable for youth. The wall to wall bay windows in the dining area look out towards the gardens and beyond to the sea. The living room has a double sofa bed suitable for two adults, a table which seats six persons, satellite and Digital flat screen TV connected to a DVD player. The courtesy multimedia library contains a selection of DVDs, books and local Alicante province guides. Bedding, bath towels and kitchen utensiles and dishes are included. Also included secure private assigned covered parking for your vehicle.

Private gardens and children's play area provide and outdoor seating under magnificent magnolia trees and can be viewed from the apartment. There are also 3 outdoor showers in the garden area to remove sand from the beach, covered assigned parking and wheelchair ramp into the building.
