One bedroom Villas West. Fully furnished with light, bright, southwest colors. Updated with furniture from Coopenhagen Furniture. Very comfortable queen bed, queen size sofabed in the livingroom. Full size frig, dishwasher, stove/oven and microwave/convection oven. Small combination washer/dryer. Computer area and pantry. Bamboo hardwood and tile floors, thermopane windows. Patio with glider, table and chairs and outdoor fireplace. Well stocked with movies, DVD's, and books. Books with all kinds of information in the area are alos provided. Walking distance to laundry, swimming pools, shuffleboard and putting green. Great Mexican restaurant and other shops and restaurants within walking distance. Quiet street. One member of the party must be at least 55 years old. No GVR!

Nearby Attractions: - Shuffleboard, swimming pools, putting green in the complex. Golf cart and bike friendly community. Close to Madera canyon with lots of birding, hiking, and nature trails, many golf courses nearby. Casino within 10 mins. 20 mins to Tucson and all the amenities a big city has to offer. Ghost towns to visit. The artist community of Tubac near with lots of shops. Walking distance to my favorite Mexican restaurant, La Placita and the weekly Farmers markets with many crafts and fresh produce.
The Villa is very clean and there were goodies, such as a little coffee, water and candy to to tide us over before we got to the store. Susanne is very nice and honest. We loved her patio with fireplace and spent most of our enevings and mornings out there. The price is right also.
