Built around 1917 this was the caretaker's home to a lumber baron's mansion. Left in disrepair, it was rehabilitated in 2003. Hilltop defines the location, and details from the early part of the 1900's abound inside. Stairs lead down to a dock on popular Hart Lake, part of the Pike Chain of Lakes. The water around the dock has a sandy bottom, and you can pull your boat up to it. You'll love the bank of windows in the living room with a lovely view of towering pine trees.
