There is a large dock with boat moorage including a 4 point tie-up, 16' diving board, picnic table and sitting benches on the dock. From the deck of the dock, the lake bottom is 16 feet. In the livingroom there is a TV with cable programming, and stereo along with books and board games. You can enter the deck from the livingroom sliding patio door. The view from the deck overlooks Okanagan Lake, Silver Star Mountain and Vernon BC. You can leave the deck and walk down to the sandy beach with a firepit by the lake. The outside deck has a BBQ and patio table with chair set along with extra chairs. You can eat your lunch in the dining area overlooking the lake, on the deck, on the dock picnic table, at the picnic table on the sandy beach or benches around the firepit. In the kitchen there is a large fridge, stove, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, and all cutlery, dishes, pots and pans, dish cloths and towels, etc. In the master bedroom there is a kingsize bed, and in the second bedroom there are two single beds, and there is also two couches in the livingroom. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer. This beautiful location is on the Westside of Okanagan Lake 35 minutes from Vernon BC and 45 minutes from Kelowna BC.
