Our brand new (built in 2006) impeccably-furnished second floor Condo is located in Colony II of Oyster Bay Golf Links. This peaceful condominium complex is located just across the street from the Intercoastal waterway and ocean beyond. The Colony II offers fitness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pool and hot tub. In addition picturesque golf courses of Oyster Bay, there are more than twenty others nearby including The Thistle, Sandpiper Bay, The Pearl, Sea Trails, Lion’s Paw, Tiger’s Eye, Crow Creek, Brunswick Plantation, Meadowlands and many more. The famed seafood capital Calabash is only a short drive. Myrtle Beach, South Carolina is just beyond there. Myrtle Beach area offers the best of beaches, golfing, dining and shopping of all the surrounding communities. North Myrtle Beach is eight miles to the south. Here you can enjoy live entertainment, countless restaurants, dancing, amusement parks, shopping and much, much more. Our condominium is great for family vacations, honeymoons, convention attendance, corporate retreats, golf getaways, and more. The Condo is fully furnished and equipped. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a 20 inch TV, a large walk-in closet and spacious bathroom with double sinks and a full shower with seat. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a 19 inch TV and the third bedroom has two twin-size beds. The second bathroom with shower and tub is located in the entry way by these two bedrooms. A washer and dryer, hairdryers, iron and ironing board are also available. The sofa in the living room also converts to a queen-size bed to accommodate a maximum of eight people. The living area has two double french doors leading to the veranda, a 32 inch TV, DVD/VCR, games, and books. The dining area seats six. The kitchen is inviting and opens to the great room separated by a bar and two bar stools. It is well stocked with cooking utensils, serving dishes, silverware and glassware.
