2 BR, 1 BA Water View Cottage with 80 ft. pier on Delavan Lake . Two bedrooms upstairs, both with cable TV. One BR features a king bed and the other has 2 twin beds. Two window air condtioners- 1 upstairs and 1 on the main level. Sleeps 6 comfortably. Front Porch accomdates 2 couches for comfortable cable tv viewing. Complete Kitchen. Back Porch has washer/dryer and 1 BA with shower only. Parking for 3+ cars. We provide all bedding (exception of pillows) and some towels. Cottage is located in Assembly Park on the water. Assembly Park has a private beach w/slide in the water (owners & renters only), 5 playgrounds, community center hosting Bingo Sat. nights and children/teen dances Thursday nights (July and part of Aug.), shuffle board, basketball court, volleyball court, large ball field, horseshoes, common areas for badmitton, croquett, soccer, etc., private boat docking ramp, Boat rentals are available on the Lake. GREAT PLACE FOR A FAMILY VACATION!!!
