Exit Cleaning Fee: $100.00

Cancellation Policy: A 100% refund less a $35 service fee if the unit is re-rented for the same time period. If you cancel 46 days or more before your arrival date, any rents not received/loss for this rental period will be split 50%/50%. If you cancel within 45 days or less of your arrival date, the renter(s) will be responsible for 100% of the rent not received/loss. For Monthly/Winter rentals the entire rental rate must be paid up front. Inquire if you need other payment arrangements.
