For those who like to engage in outside activities you can rent: scooters, jet skis and let’s not forget golf carts. Yes... Colonial Beach is a Golf Cart Community, where you’ll see the locals riding around town by way of golf cart or for a much slower pace you can tour the town by trolley for only 25¢. Within a short drive outside the town there are many historic sites to visit, for example Ingleside Vineyards, Westmoreland Berry Farm & Orchard, Westmoreland State Park and the town of Tappahannok where you’ll find some of the best Antique Shops around.
