The townhouse on a cul-de-sac, faces a pond and backs to a wooded area with utmost privacy with a huge deck over-looking the woods. This townhouse is beautifully decorated and the loft houses many books, games and movies for your entertainment. In the garage you will find umbrellas and beach chairs for your use. This is a very safe and child-friendly community with dead end streets for biking and walking to the pool and a speed limit of 10 mph. The beaches of South Bethany are only a 1.5 mile bike ride from the house or you may want to choose the gorgeous wide beaches at Fenwick State Park which is 3 miles south on Rte. 1.
