Brand new 3 bedroom condominium with Swimming pool a few feet away with a great view of the marina and wonderful sunsets. This is a Ground Floor condo in one of mexico's popular resorts with excellent views of Marina Mazatlan and great facilities ( Swimming pool, Paddle Court, Comercial lots). All bedrooms are a good size. Master and second bedroom have Queen beds and the 3rd bedroom has two single beds. There are 3 full bathrooms, kitchen, living room and dining area, a huge patio area with table, chairs and sun-loungers, from where the pool is just a few metres away.

Our family of four stayed at this condo for 2 weeks and enjoyed every minute!! The unit is well equipped with all the necessities you will need and having the washer and dryer in the unit means you don't have to pack too much. The complex is well maintained, quiet and very central to everything. We had a great time meeting and talking with other guests by the pool. There are many very good restaurants close-by, a great little coffee shop (Rico's) and having the grocery store basically incorporated into the complex itself made grocery shopping a breeze; the prices were good too. The pool was a bit too cool for my liking, but our son didn't seem to mind and enjoyed the large very, very clean pool. The sunsets in the evenings are incredible with vibrant oranges and reds which look amazing against the boats in the marina. Our whole family agrees that we would definitely go back and stay at the condo again. The owner, Ricardo, and his mother, Blanca, are very helpful and accomodating people. We had one request and Blanca was there within a couple hours with the required item. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!!
