The golf course is a well designed, excellent quality, 18 hole championship course surrounded by a nature preserve. Golf privaleges are included when the Country Club membership is transferred during your stay. A nominal cart fee is charged to play a round of golf. The Clubhouse recently went thru an extensive renovation and features a dining room, grill, and outdoor eating area. Relax by the pool just steps away or play a round of tennis in the adjacent courts. The Master Bedroom has a beautiful view of the 7th hole green and offers views of beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The Master Bedroom has a king bed, TV, and two walk in closets. Enjoy your morning coffee watching the sunrise! The guest bedroom features two twin beds. The living room has brand new tiles, furniture, a TV and DVD player The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you would need. The dining room offers seating for 4 guests. Due to the extensive remodeling project that was just completed on our condo, it is now a brand new luxury rental in a Golf communitiy.
