The second bedroom has two twin beds and a computer! The living room has two couches and two folding mattresses - similar to a futon, but slightly narrower than twin beds and a foot longer - which can easily accommodate children. The balcony overlooks the boardwalk and has patio seating for four. There is one parking space below the unit large enough to fit a SUV. The unit is located on the second floor, in the middle of the building in a three story complex. The condo is located halfway between the Crystal Pier (in Pacific Beach) and Belmont Park with the famed roller coaster. This property does NOT have a departure cleaning fee, but there is a $500 refundable deposit due at the time of booking, in addition to the rate. Rates do not include applicable taxes, cleaning fees, or reservation fees.
