This 1,800 sq.ft.house with vaulted ceilings offers ample space with beautiful tile bathrooms, and tile kitchen that opens onto the covered terrace. Folk art and Mexican textiles decorate this fully furnished home which comes complete with linens & towels for the bed and bath. The bedrooms are separated by a terrace ensuring privacy. Amenities include a cell phone, color 21" T.V., garage, full-time staff, & once a week cleaning for weekly and monthly rentals, daily cleaning for daily rentals. Cable is available at extra cost depending on programming, Free Internet WiFi. Villa Azteca is centrally located within walking distance of Spanish language schools such as The Spanish Language Institute (SLI), Chac-mol, Center for Bilingual Multicultural Studies, and IDEAL. The Botichelli Institute of Florence, Italy gives classes for Restoration and Art History and is located across the street. Euroamerica, the licensed hotel/culinary school of the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute is also in our immediate area. Within one block on Ave. Zapata, the major avenue for Cuernavaca, there are numerous banks, restaurants, fast-food take-outs, supers, taxis, public transport etc. English, Spanish and French spoken.
