The Sun Valley home is a wonderful Las Vegas vacation rental with all the essential features, a great location and an excellent price too! This one is certain to be a favorite with visitors who want to be close the Las Vegas Strip. The Sun Valley features a nice, clean interior with new furnishings throughout. The great home is only a few miles from Las Vegas Blvd, which puts most of Las Vegas popular attractions only moments away. World Series of Poker participants will love the easy access to the WSOP event site, approximately 15 minutes away.
The home is in a quiet neighborhood. It features 4 bedrooms including a master suite, 2 and a half bathrooms, a family room with Big Screen HDTV/cable, a game room with a pool table and built-in music system, and free WiFi Internet access throughout the home.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for home cooked meals (except the food of course), and the dining room features seating for six. The game room/dining area is perfect for entertaining guests. All bedrooms are upstairs. There is a half bathroom located downstairs.
The backyard at The Sun Valley has been completely renovated as well. Enjoy lounging by the pool and swimming in your own refreshing oasis. The above ground hot tub has been nicely incorporated into the design of the backyard and provides a place to soak away the evenings. The ample patio furniture and gas BBQ grill complete the backyard essentials.
The Sun Valley is also within a short drive of grocery shopping, convenience stores, restaurants, fast food dining and Starbucks. Major points of interest within a 5 to 10 minute drive include the Las Vegas Factory Outlet Stores, Public Golf courses, The South Point Casino, Las Vegas McCarran Airport, and Las Vegas Convention centers.
