The setting is beautiful for a stroll along the water and for fishing. There is a private beach, two pools (one heated) and two clubhouses (one with pool tables, the other with an exercise room, library and shuffleboard). You can walk to the new Super Publix shopping center. Everyone loves the community and many people are repeat snowbirds! Sorry, but pets and smoking aren’t allowed. The unit is immaculate, has central heating / air conditioning and beige carpet, a white leather sofa, smoked glass dining room table with matching chairs, and a bamboo bedroom set with two twin beds. Linens, towels and tableware are provided. The unit can sleep up to four. A carport protects your vehicle from the sun. The Floridian room has a cable TV and lots of tinted windows. The kitchen has a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and coffeemaker. A washer/dryer is just outside downstairs and very reasonable. The price includes water, cable TV, and common charges.
