This one bedroom Puerto Vallarta vacation condo is RIGHT on Los Muertos Beach, the nicest beach in Puerto Vallarta. Outside our front door is the Zona Romantica with cobble-stoned streets lined with quaint Mexican homes, restaurants and businesses. We are surrounded by numerous outdoor cafes and restaurants of all kinds, internet cafes, groceries, tour agencies, car rental agencies, nightclubs, galleries, and shops as well as outdoor stalls with locals selling their wares. The Friday night Mexican folkloric dance show is held in the plaza next to our building.
Out the back door , past our ocean-front swimming pool surrounded by lounges, tables and deck chairs, is one of the widest and less crowded parts of Los Muertos Beach.
Our Puerto Vallarta condo rental is in a quaint exciting safe Mexican neighborhood in Puerto Vallarta , not in the Americanized Hotel Zone, the commercial downtown "Old Town" area with no beach to speak of, or 45 minutes away from mid Puerto Vallarta in the Nuevo Vallarta area. If you stay at our condo, you can stroll to pretty much everthing along quaint streets. You won't have to take a cab or bus everywhere you go, as is true in those other locations.
Our romantic condo is elegantly Mexican and with all the modern amenities. It is decorated with colorful tiles from floor to ceiling, and Mexican art and crafts we have collected from our travels in all parts of Mexico, . The colorfully tiled fully-supplied gourmet kitchen has a new stove, refrigerator, microwave, washer/drier, blender, fresh orange juice squeezer, coffee bean grinder, cookware, tableware, etc.

My boyfriend and I just returned from a one week stay at Ted and Beverly's lovely condo and we can't imagine having stayed anywhere else! For starters, Ted is the absolute most helpful and thorough property owner that I've encountered. Before, during and even after our stay Ted was prompt in addressing any questions or concerns we had about the condo and even provided us with recommendations for dining, grocery shopping and day trips. The condo was even more beautiful than we expected! It was clean, comfortable and carefully decorated with beautiful art pieces from all over Mexico. We already miss our morning walks to the nearby panaderia, making dinner in the cozey kitchen and of course admiring the Puerto Vallarta sunsets from the terrace. We spent everyday happily enjoying Los Muertos beach and exploring the neighborhood and nearby towns. The building staff was warm, attentive and also served as a great resource for dining and beach-hopping advice. We cannot say enough nice things about this place! We hope to return to Puerto Vallarta one day and when we do, Casa de Beverly will be our first choice!
We have stayed at Casa Beverly two times now and both times were perfect. The location, the atmosphere of old town and the cobbled streets, the close by resturants, the shopping, and most of all the view and the gorgeous sunsets all add up to this perfection! We would not consider staying anywhere else while visiting Puerto Vallarta and highly recommend this property.
