*Villamagic* is a luxury 5 bedroom villa,sleeps 12, with Games Room, Internet, private south-facing Pool and Spa overlooking conservation area. Located only 15 minutes from Disney and 2 minutes from Championsgate golf complex, Interstate 4 and Highway 27.

The FAMILY ROOM is very spacious. The patio doors lead to the Lanai and swimming pool. There is a large screen cable TV, DVD/ Video player, music centre & Playstation 2 with games.

The KITCHEN is open plan with the family room and is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, American fridge/freezer/icemaker. The washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board are located in a separate UTILITY ROOM.

The DINING ROOM is through the archway from the kitchen and has a glass table and 6 chairs for formal dining. Located just beyond the dining area is a SECOND LOUNGE with a double sleeper sofa, coffee table and side table. This living area provides a peaceful, private area in which to relax.

The MASTER BEDROOM is very large and luxuriously designed with upgraded furniture. It is located on the first floor and takes up the whole of the one side of the villa. There is a Kingsize bed, dressing table and mirror, with two matching nightstands. There is also a cable tv, ceiling fan, hairdryer and access to your own private BALCONY. The EN-SUITE BATHROOM has two single bowl vanity units, a toilet (separated from the remainder of the bathroom by its own door), a large roman bath and a large walk-in shower cubicle and there are two large walk-in closets. There is another MASTER BEDROOM with ENSUITE downstairs. It boasts fitted wardrobes, dresser, mirror, side table, cable tv and direct access to the pool deck through patio doors. Further bedrooms include a DOUBLE QUEEN BEDROOM, luxuriously deigned with views out to the lake. TWIN DISNEY BEDROOM & TWIN SPORTS BEDROOM all with cable TV's.

The spacious landing has been converted into a DEN with sofa, coffee table & reading lamp. This area can also be used to log on to the HIGH SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET, extremely useful for finding out local information or keeping contact with friends back home.

The GAMES ROOM has a 8' Pool Table, Air Hockey Table & Football Table, providing hours of entertainment for family!

The large POOL with Spa, huge deck and lanai is south facing. It has a safety fence, lots of toys, outside shower and a lovely view south-facing over a quiet conservation area.
