Lake Haven is located on Monte Verde Lake with spectacular views of the lake and Wheeler Peak, the highest mountain in New Mexico.

The living room has a seating area around the fire place and another around the TV. The reading nook next to the fireplace is a favorite place to curl up. A large well stocked kitchen includes a breakfast table. A second dining area has seating up to 10. There are 5 bedrooms (4 of the 5 bedrooms have lake and mountain views), 2 bathrooms and sleeps up to 12.

A deck along the back of the house overlooks the lake where you can sit and take in the morning, watch the elk and deer roam by or enjoy dinner . The lake offers excellent trout fishing, walking trails, and paddleboat rentals right out the back door.

Located less than a ¼ mile off the main Highway 434 through Angel Fire, the home has a short, level driveway making for easy year-around access. Roads to the home are paved, maintained and plowed.

The home is conveniently located less than 5 miles from the Angel Fire Resort ski area and less than 2 miles to the 18-hole PGA golf course. Numerous other dedicated green belt areas with trails for mountain biking, hiking, horse back riding, snow shoeing or cross country skiing are just minutes away.
