The first (bottom) floor has two bedrooms and a full bath just off the hall. The first bedroom has a double over double bunk bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed, walk-in closet, and a TV with a built-in VCR. There is a single car garage with a full size washer/dryer. The living room has very nice ocean views. On the second floor there is a roof top patio with clear expansive views of the ocean. This patio has a table, chairs and plenty of room for sunbathing! Immediately next to the roof top patio is a detached 3rd bedroom (master bedrooom) with a full bath and a small (3 x 7) den with views of the ocean. This bedroom has a small TV with a VCR and the den has a little counter for eating and/or working with a view! Rates do not include applicable taxes, cleaning fees, or reservation fees.
