It is our personal vacation home, so it has a warm and inviting atmosphere loaded with many personal extras you won't typically find in a standard rental property. A haven for outdoor enthusiasts, beach lovers, cyclists, bird watchers, nature lovers, and those wanting a peaceful spot to read a good book. Birch Bay is well known for it's warm shallow water. With a tide that seems to go out forever, this is a safe place for children to run through the tide pools and discover all kinds of sealife. Be sure to grab your bucket and shovel to dig up a fresh batch of clams for dinner! This is a fully furnished unit with all of the comforts of home. Very clean! There are queen beds in each room. Couch is also a queen size hide-a-bed. Kitchen is fully equiped with everything you may need. Each bedroom has its own tv. Stack washer and drier in unit.The clubhouse offers and indoor pool and jacuzzi, game room, racquet ball court and living room area. Very kid friendly! We have movies, books, games, and toys for your kids to enjoy. There is a highchair and portable crib/playpen for little ones. A nice patio area is right outside the back door. Enjoy a beautiful sunset over the water while you enjoy dinner or a glass of wine. Watch the seagulls and blue herons search for thier meal, or check out the bald eagle that perches atop the deadwood near the front of the complex. There is also a large grass area, perfect for Bocci ball or letting the kids run around. Birch Bay is a great place for children ages 1-100!
